Description

You will lead the strategic evolution of Spring Health's pay and equity programs, overseeing compensation cycles, board-level equity reporting, and total rewards integration for acquisitions. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days per week in NYC and offers the opportunity to embed AI-driven solutions into compensation processes.

Requirements

  • Experience leading compensation and equity programs
  • Ability to design and execute compensation cycles with market data
  • Expertise in equity management and board-level reporting
  • Strong analytical and automation skills
  • Experience with M&A integration and pay structure harmonization

Responsibilities

  • Lead semi-annual compensation cycles using Aon/Radford data
  • Drive job architecture project for scalable career progression and internal equity
  • Drive quarterly equity reporting and narratives for the Board of Directors
  • Oversee end-to-end equity lifecycle: grant strategy, administration, compliance, and employee education
  • Serve as People Team lead for M&A, harmonizing pay structures and bridging equity programs
