• Lead counsel for MSO data governance and privacy matters.
• Advise business units on privacy and security requirements.
• Draft and negotiate privacy and security contractual terms.
• Lead incident preparedness and response for legal support.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Expertise in cybersecurity and data governance regulations.
• Law degree from accredited institution and bar admission.
• Ability to supervise outside legal counsel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or managed services organization.
• CIPP/US or similar privacy certification.
• Experience with board reporting on privacy matters.
