🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document requirements for D-SNP and Medi-Cal regulations
• Translate regulatory needs into functional and technical specifications
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a business requirements analyst
• Experience with D-SNP and/or Medi-Cal programs
• Knowledge of claims processing, enrollment, and regulatory reporting
• Experience interpreting CMS and state Medicaid requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with health plan or TPA environments
• Proficiency in Zendesk, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com
