💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the connective tissue between business challenges and technology solutions, building automations and AI agents that eliminate manual work across the organization. You'll partner with every team to identify inefficiencies, ship working solutions, and drive adoption. This role reports to the Head of Business Operations at a hypergrowth company backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively audit workflows to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Design and deploy AI-powered automations, agents, and workflows end-to-end.
• Drive adoption through enablement sessions, documentation, and stakeholder partnerships.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to track performance and impact.

📋 Requirements

• CS background or strong technical fluency with code, APIs, SQL, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• 3–6 years of experience in product management, business operations, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with data platforms like Google Cloud or DBT.
