🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers
• Own the full agent development lifecycle from pilot to deployment
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and build solutions
• Surface unmet needs and prototype new tools to shape the platform

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving in fast-changing ambiguous environments
• Comfort working directly with customers to solve real-world problems
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
• Proficiency in Korean to support Korean-speaking clients
