Description

You will own the full marketplace onboarding experience and ensure successful marketplace adoption across the customer lifecycle. You'll guide customers through Smartcat's marketplace model, automate workflows, manage supplier selection, and monitor project execution to safeguard service-level commitments for quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar role managing marketplace or vendor teams
• Strong operational ownership and ability to manage multiple complex workflows
• Proficiency with Smartcat or similar translation platforms
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with AI tools and automation in delivery workflows

Responsibilities

• Deliver full onboarding and continuous improvement for customers using the Smartcat Marketplace
• Leverage automation technologies to achieve 90% workflow automation across supported accounts
• Ensure 100% SLA compliance for quality and on-time delivery, intervening when needed
• Build and maintain trusted vendor teams, enabling them with Smartcat AI tools
• Manage freelancer capacity, performance, and specialization to match project requirements
