Description

You will coordinate and oversee quality efforts for an ambitious cross-platform Strategy/MMO title, managing daily QA operations, defining testing priorities, and ensuring collaboration between QA, production, design, and engineering. You'll lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts, develop test plans, analyze data to identify risks, and support release readiness testing across platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience in video games, with 1-2 years in a coordination or lead role.
• Proven experience overseeing QA for complex gameplay systems or live service titles.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and risk-based testing.
• Proficient in JIRA, Testmo, version control, and build management tools.
• Familiarity with Unity and experience testing across mobile, PC, and console platforms.
