💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end deployment of SDS-powered ADAS programs for Automotive, from site readiness to vehicle integration and daily testing. You'll bridge cutting-edge end-to-end neural network technology with safe on-road execution, helping OEMs scale from L2++ features toward higher levels of autonomy. This role offers a unique perspective working with major autonomy players across the globe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage operational readiness, vehicle integration, and test execution for SDS-powered ADAS programs
• Establish workflows for real-world testing, data collection, and system performance monitoring
• Work directly with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering teams to align program milestones
• Implement safety protocols and testing best practices meeting regulatory and customer requirements
• Develop repeatable global frameworks for ADAS operations across regions and vehicle platforms

📋 Requirements

• ADAS/Automotive Program Experience: Hands-on experience leading on-road ADAS or autonomy testing programs
• Operational Leadership Skills: Proven ability to launch, scale, and manage complex technical operations
• Technical Fluency: Understanding of ADAS features and validation workflows
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communicator bridging technical, operational, and business stakeholders
