You'll resolve complex issues for millions of users, debugging tricky problems and collaborating with engineering. You'll also build technical resources that help users help themselves and improve internal support tooling. This role offers a strong in-office culture in San Francisco with 4-5 days in person.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to technical inquiries and support escalations via email and chat
- Debug complex issues related to Gamma sites using APIs
- Improve internal AI tools to multiply team productivity
- Build and maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in technical customer support or QA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ownership mindset with strong initiative and follow-through
- Technical background through degree, certification, or hands-on experience
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, Metabase, Stripe, Linear, or LaunchDarkly
