💼 About This Role

You'll bridge AI/ML research and production software for homebuilding. You'll convert experimental models into deployable code and work directly with customers. This role combines Python/React engineering with rapid prototyping.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design tools exposing AI/ML capabilities to autonomous agents
• Integrate research outputs into production as packages and components
• Build frameworks for rapid evaluation and iteration of prototypes
• Participate in customer-facing labs to validate prototypes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
• 2+ years integrating ML/AI capabilities into production products
• Experience working in or adjacent to a research team
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript/React, API design, LLM tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in construction, AEC, or physical-world domains
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI)
