🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop domain expertise in compensation landscape
• Analyze complex real-world datasets for insights
• Build statistical and ML models for compensation insights
• Own modelling pipelines end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Strong foundations in statistics and machine learning
• Proficient in Python and libraries like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn
• Experience with messy real-world datasets

• Ability to build production-ready pipelines
• Experience with interpretable models
