You'll create and maintain documentation for digital investigative software used by forensic investigators. You'll collaborate with Product Documentation and Technical Support teams to build knowledge base articles and ensure clear, concise language.

• Collaborate with Documentation and Support teams on knowledge base articles
• Perform peer edits and proofreading following style guides
• Help build team resources including wiki pages

📋 Requirements

• Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Literature & Rhetoric or related field
• Basic understanding of topic-based writing (DITA)
• Excellent written communication skills
