You'll lead the technical execution of high-profile global events for world-class brands, ensuring flawless delivery across keynotes, hybrid events, and expos. You'll act as the key technical authority, guiding multidisciplinary teams from concept to post-event analysis. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full technical production lifecycle for live and virtual events.
• Translate client goals into technical solutions for audio, video, lighting, rigging, and power.
• Oversee onsite operations including load-in, setup, troubleshooting, and strike.
• Manage crews, vendors, and subcontractors while ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years as a Technical Director in client-facing live event production.
• Proven leadership managing large technical teams and vendors.
• Deep technical knowledge of live event systems (audio, video, lighting, rigging, power).
• Proficiency in Vectorworks; AutoCAD familiarity a plus.
