You'll work with senior bankers on strategic assignments, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements. You'll receive mentorship, sales and public speaking training, and be encouraged to assist in recruiting and analyst training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support business development and execution of transactions
• Participate in live deals including M&A and capital offerings
• Supervise and mentor investment banking analysts
• Develop technical analysis and presentations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Bachelor's degree
• Financial modeling and corporate finance knowledge
• Series 79 or ability to obtain upon hire

• Proficiency with Capital IQ and PitchBook
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam, Series 7, and 63 licenses
