💼 About This Role

You'll develop and productionize real-time ML models for a clinical AI product at an early-stage startup. You will own the end-to-end effectiveness of your models in live healthcare settings, writing production-grade Python and SQL to deploy and monitor models. This role combines data science, applied science, and MLE responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and tune novel ML models and labeler systems.
• Write production-grade Python and SQL for model implementation.
• Deploy and debug production ML systems.
• Build MLOps infrastructure for model development and deployment.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. with 3+ years or Master's with 5+ years shipping ML products.
• Experience owning ML models from prototyping to production.
• Experience writing production-grade Python and SQL.
• Experience with MLOps tools like SageMaker and MLFlow.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience going 0-1 with high impact AI/ML products.
• Experience in healthcare with messy health data.
• Experience with enterprise customers requiring agility.
