You'll act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize GTM processes across the entire customer lifecycle. Your core impact will be translating high-level business objectives into scalable technical solutions that drive revenue.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and implement best practices for business process automation and data governance
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across GTM teams to enhance business capabilities
  • Oversee design and execution of Salesforce, HubSpot, and CPQ configurations
  • Mentor and coach a team of business systems and full-stack software engineers

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years in a Business Systems role with GTM focus in SaaS
  • 4+ years managing a team of business systems or full-stack engineers
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and HubSpot
  • Development experience with Salesforce APEX and HubSpot workflows

✨ Nice to Have

  • Salesforce developer/administrator or HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Hex) and SQL
