You'll train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, and roof repair. Your work directly ensures Carvana vehicles meet high-quality standards before reaching customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train other autobody technicians on advanced repair techniques
• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling on damaged panels
• Execute heavy metal pulling, straightening, and shrinking
• Conduct roof and rocker panel repairs and stud welding

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years with a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, and roof repair

✨ Nice to Have

• ASE certification or equivalent
• Experience with Bondo repair and paint prep
• Previous experience training other technicians
