• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote new products via social media and in-store engagement.
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and schedules.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store.
