💼 About This Role

You'll join either our Pricing or Matching team, working alongside other Data Scientists and engineers on high-impact problems such as dynamic pricing and bipartite matching. You'll own the entire process from ideation through production deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers on ambiguous problems
• Research and prototype ML and optimisation models
• Ship optimisation models into production
• Improve existing algorithms and identify new opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Operations Research, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong foundation in mathematical optimisation or programming
• Solid knowledge of probability and statistics
• Excellent Python skills and core ML tooling (SQL, PyTorch)

• Exposure to dynamic pricing or auction design
• Experience with marketplace matching problems
