Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing enterprise accounts
- Deep experience in **health tech**, EHRs, insurance, or healthcare SaaS
- Proven executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi-location or multi-stakeholder organizations
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account strategies aligned to business objectives
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Proactively manage renewal exposure and enterprise-level risk
