💼 About This Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer at H1, you'll be embedded with pharma enterprise clients to build data-driven solutions on our Medical and Clinical Products platforms. You'll own end-to-end technical delivery and operate like a startup CTO, translating business needs into scalable solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with direct client impact in a high-stakes healthcare setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted technical partner to pharma clients
• Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack applications
• Ingest and model complex enterprise data at scale
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with enterprise clients
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with AWS and data pipelines (Airflow, EMR, EKS)
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models and GTM workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring peers or leading small teams
• Knowledge of clinical or healthcare data domains
• Background in SaaS platform engineering
