💼 About This Role

You'll lead Microsoft 365 operations and data governance for Coupang's enterprise collaboration platforms. Your core impact is ensuring high availability and compliance while leveraging AI-enabled productivity to streamline workflows. This role uniquely combines deep technical operations with strategic governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain SLA availability.
• Design and implement M365 retention policies and labels.
• Monitor governance compliance and operational risks.
• Automate workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI tools.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of programming/scripting experience (Java, SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (DLM, Records Management, Retention Policy).
• Experience in data governance and compliance for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and governance.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Korean and English language proficiency.
