You'll train to manage a cookie store, overseeing operations and leading a team. Your leadership will drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fun, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hire onboarding and initial training
• Support ordering, inventory control and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Experience conducting in-person interviews
• Ability to work 4-5 day work week including weekends
• Must be 18 years or older with US work eligibility

✨ Nice to Have

• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• MS Office and Applicant Tracking System skills
