💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full deal lifecycle for a $1B+ holding company acquiring iconic consumer and retail brands. You'll drive M&A from origination through close and shape portfolio value-creation plans alongside brand CEOs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and execute investment theses in consumer, retail, and ecommerce sectors.
• Lead deal execution from LOI through close, including structuring and negotiation.
• Design and oversee 100-day and multi-year value-creation plans for portfolio companies.
• Serve as board member or observer on select portfolio companies.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in investing or transaction-oriented roles.
• Proven track record as deal lead on multiple closed buyouts or special situations.
• Expert LBO modeling and capital structure skills.
• Strong command of operational drivers in consumer and retail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with complex carve-outs or distressed transactions.
• Familiarity with operation-focused PE models.
• Experience embedding automation and AI into portfolio operations.
