You'll blend deep technical expertise with strategic customer success leadership, driving adoption, utilization, and expansion by aligning business objectives to technical outcomes.
Requirements
- Proactive, technically strong, and customer-focused
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical outcomes
- Experience with utilization monitoring and adoption risk mitigation
- Strong collaboration skills with Support, Product, and GTM teams
- Experience in managing enterprise customer success
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales handoffs capturing business objectives and success metrics
- Validate deployment alignment with best practices using automation and telemetry
- Drive structured onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-value
- Conduct regular cadence calls for progress tracking and risk mitigation
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to articulate business value
