You'll blend deep technical expertise with strategic customer success leadership, driving adoption, utilization, and expansion by aligning business objectives to technical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proactive, technically strong, and customer-focused
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical outcomes
  • Experience with utilization monitoring and adoption risk mitigation
  • Strong collaboration skills with Support, Product, and GTM teams
  • Experience in managing enterprise customer success

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sales handoffs capturing business objectives and success metrics
  • Validate deployment alignment with best practices using automation and telemetry
  • Drive structured onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-value
  • Conduct regular cadence calls for progress tracking and risk mitigation
  • Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to articulate business value
