💼 About This Role

You'll provide enterprise desktop support for the Army in a fast-paced environment, building and configuring Windows-based systems for highly visible missions. You'll troubleshoot complex issues and ensure configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations while helping to protect our nation's vital interests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and configure Windows-based systems for mission areas
• Administer desktops using enterprise tools like MCM and VMware
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Document technical troubleshooting efforts

📋 Requirements

• Security+ CE certification prior to hire
• HS + 2 years experience in technical field, AA/AS, or BA/BS
• Up to one year of hands-on Windows desktop administration
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and VMware desktops

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior military IT operations at Brigade level or higher
• Attention to detail and calm under pressure
• Familiarity with Intune and Azure preferred
