Description

You will lead full-cycle enterprise new logo sales across Europe, developing and executing strategic account plans for complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll collaborate closely with founders and senior leadership on high-stakes deals, build executive narratives and business cases, and act as a market voice to generate long-term opportunity flow.

Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in hospitality or travel tech
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals across Europe
  • Consultative, value-based selling skills including executive storytelling and procurement negotiation
  • Technical acumen in platform and integration-heavy environments
  • High ownership and structured execution in build-mode environments

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle enterprise new logo sales across Europe
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for complex enterprises
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with strong qualification and forecast accuracy
  • Create compelling executive narratives and business cases including ROI and transformation roadmap
  • Collaborate with Solution Architecture team to scope outcomes and de-risk adoption
