You'll lead a field sales team driving EDC device sales in the oil & gas vertical for Paytm's merchant payment solutions. Your impact will scale merchant onboarding and transaction volumes across India.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members
• Drive EDC machine sales and deployment in oil & gas sector
• Build and maintain channel partner relationships
• Monitor daily productivity and quality of acquisitions

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
• Proven experience in leading field sales teams
• Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding and field sales operations
• Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
