You will lead a geographically distributed Enterprise and Strategic Account Management organization, driving retention, renewals, and expansion within complex enterprise accounts. You'll develop high-performing teams, build executive relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize customer value and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS Account Management or enterprise sales leadership.
  • 4+ years as a second-line leader managing multiple teams of enterprise sellers or account managers.
  • Proven success in owning, retaining, and expanding revenue in Enterprise and Strategic customer segments.
  • Strong operational acumen with Salesforce, sales analytics, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience building scalable account management programs that drive retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a geographically distributed Enterprise and Strategic Account Management sales organization.
  • Drive account ownership, retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.
  • Develop strategies for Account Managers to demonstrate business value realization and build executive connections.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent; establish coaching frameworks and career pathways.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Product, Support, and Implementation to improve customer lifecycle and expansion efforts.
