You'll manage a diverse patient panel in a primary care setting, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth. You'll join a team dedicated to transforming healthcare through human-centered, technology-enabled care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a broad array of patient needs including acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in Maryland before start date
