💼 About This Role

You'll provide venipuncture services and other clinical support for a senior health population at a primary care practice. You'll be an integral part of the care team, ensuring high-quality specimen collection and processing while delivering empathetic, human-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide venipuncture services and collect specimens.
• Perform EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, and swabs.
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, and sterilization standards.
• Assist with clerical duties like patient messages and billing inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency including typing and using multiple software systems.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multidisciplinary teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Phlebotomy experience and/or certification.
• Experience with extended scope care (EKGs, vaccines, etc.).
• Experience with remote teams.
