๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll build Omnea's sales pipeline from the ground up as part of a fast-growing AI procurement startup. Your work will directly drive revenue growth and shape our GTM strategy. You'll have a fast track to a revenue-owning leadership role within 12 months.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel sales: identify strategic accounts, run multi-channel outbound, and qualify opportunities.
  • Break into new markets: prioritize companies and run targeted experiments to win against competitors.
  • Support live deals with CCO and Commercial Leads on RFPs, proposals, pipeline management, and closing.
  • Run c-suite level events: coordinate dinners, roundtables, and CFO leadership series to accelerate deal cycles.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-4 years experience in an elite environment (law, banking, consulting, startups, VC, or similar).
  • Desire to drive revenue growth and have faster career progression with ownership of revenue targets.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and do grunt work; a team player with a competitive drive.

  • Experience in competitive sports.
  • Charisma and ability to build trust quickly with senior executives.
