Description

In this hybrid role, you will serve as the hands-on champion for Lightspeed's no-code Agentic AI platform, bridging technical implementation and business adoption. You'll deliver expert training, provide advanced technical enablement, and help teams identify high-impact AI use cases, driving the cultural shift toward an agent-powered workforce.

Requirements

• Experience developing and training on low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Glean, Zapier, Workato)
• Deep familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Atlassian, ServiceNow)
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills for technical workshops
• Strong conceptual understanding of API integrations, data indexing, and cloud environments
• Ability to analyze business processes and define measurable automation opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical enablement for AI agent development and tool integrations
• Assist business with platform configuration and connector integrations (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow)
• Build, test, and iterate on proof-of-concept no-code agents to demonstrate feasibility
• Own and prioritize the Agentic AI backlog, aligning with high-value tasks
• Design and deliver training curriculum on Enterprise Search and agent utilization
