Description

You will lead the service team to understand customer needs and provide hardware support, driving continuous improvement and strategic planning to exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Solid technical knowledge in Semiconductor industry (CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI preferred)
  • Experience supporting complex instrumentation and applications
  • Ability to work in team environment with tight deadlines
  • Solid team management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage hardware team and set targets aligned with business needs
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs, build long-term relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team and process development
  • Manage new product installs and process development
  • Lead new site start up with planning and risk assessment
