Description
You will lead the service team to understand customer needs and provide hardware support, driving continuous improvement and strategic planning to exceed expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Solid technical knowledge in Semiconductor industry (CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI preferred)
- Experience supporting complex instrumentation and applications
- Ability to work in team environment with tight deadlines
- Solid team management experience
Responsibilities
- Manage hardware team and set targets aligned with business needs
- Identify and anticipate customer needs, build long-term relationships
- Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team and process development
- Manage new product installs and process development
- Lead new site start up with planning and risk assessment
