Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of embedded and safety-critical software for autonomous maritime systems at Anduril Industries. Your work directly contributes to transforming military capabilities with advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a leadership position within a high-performing technology organization.
• Proficient in C and experience with an RTOS.
• Familiarity with communications busses (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, etc.).
• Systems programming skills including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-year software roadmap across multiple teams.
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of trusted safety-critical Vehicle Management Systems.
• Drive development of real-time embedded software using an RTOS, device drivers, and sensor interfaces.
• Design scalable vehicle sub-systems including sensor processing, state estimation, and contingency management.
• Create test and simulation fixtures for software- and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
