You will own the strategy and roadmap for MongoDB's Python developer experience, collaborating with engineering, documentation, DevRel, and community teams to ensure seamless, idiomatic integration with Python ecosystems like Django, Flask, and FastAPI. Your work will drive adoption and delight by balancing short-term developer needs with long-term platform differentiation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years product management experience shipping developer-facing tools, integrations, or APIs
• 3-5 years commercial experience building web apps in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
• Experience with ML/data science tools (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with AI development frameworks (Langchain, Langgraph, LlamaIndex)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision, product strategy, and roadmap for Python developer experience
• Collaborate with engineering, documentation, DevRel, and community teams to deliver cohesive experience
• Engage with community forums, conferences, and open-source contributors to validate direction
• Collect and analyze data to drive product decisions
