💼 About This Role

You'll architect the distributed systems that power Prodigal's Intelligence Engine (PIE), unifying siloed data sources into a unified intelligence layer for real-time AI agent decision-making. Your work will enable agentic AI to manage entire collections operations autonomously and compliantly. You'll own end-to-end architecture from design through production deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build high-throughput distributed systems with sub-100ms response times.
• Build data unification pipelines across CRMs, dialers, and communication channels.
• Take full ownership of architecture from design to deployment and operational excellence.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and cost efficiency for production systems.

📋 Requirements

• B.Tech/BE/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years building high-throughput distributed data platforms processing millions of events daily.
• Strong expertise with NoSQL/SQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL) and data warehouses.
• Proficiency with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
