As a Territory Manager at Charlie Health, you will develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies, build relationships with clinical partners, and drive market penetration in priority areas. You'll be the frontline representative connecting patients, parents, and providers to life-saving mental health treatment through virtual care.

Requirements

• Based in South Houston / Galveston, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
