You'll join our UX team to create digital experiences that positively impact users and the business. You'll evolve your autonomy on complex projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct qualitative user research and usability tests
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Apply and evolve the Design System for consistency
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and defend decisions

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end project experience with autonomy
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, handoffs)
• Knowledge of information architecture and Design Systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in tech companies or startups
• Knowledge of quantitative research methods
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
