You'll lead a team of Support Engineers providing excellent customer experiences for Sigma Computing's data platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, develop, and train a team of Support Engineers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, and other teams
- Manage key metrics: CSAT, Initial Response, SLA, Time to Resolution
- Analyze Support data to uncover insights and drive improvements
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience supporting data platforms in enterprise
- 2+ years in a people management role
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
- Strong domain expertise in databases and business intelligence
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Knowledge of GCP or AWS
