  • Hire, develop, and train a team of Support Engineers
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, and other teams
  • Manage key metrics: CSAT, Initial Response, SLA, Time to Resolution
  • Analyze Support data to uncover insights and drive improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience supporting data platforms in enterprise
  • 2+ years in a people management role
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
  • Strong domain expertise in databases and business intelligence

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Knowledge of GCP or AWS
  • Startup experience
