Description

You will transform healthcare authorizations by designing proactive, AI-driven systems that reduce friction for members, providers, and payers. You'll define the product vision, lead discovery, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to build scalable decisioning solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in high-growth or complex environment
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with experimentation and data
• Track record of delivering impactful software products
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working closely with engineers and designers

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for Authorization Services
• Lead discovery with Operations, Clinical, and Provider teams
• Execute development with Engineering, Design, and Data Science
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and partners
• Measure and iterate using success metrics and data insights
