Description

You will shape and scale how Bluefish delivers customer value across multiple markets, owning value delivery for a large, multi-market book of business through direct engagement and scalable programs. You'll design customer touchpoints like office hours and webinars, partner cross-functionally, and translate insights into repeatable enablement assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships in SaaS or marketing tech
  • Proven experience delivering value to enterprise customers with scalable models
  • Ability to design, run, and iterate on customer programs (office hours, webinars, enablement, lifecycle motions)
  • Native French-language and English-language skills
  • Comfortable with data, usage signals, and customer feedback to inform decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own value delivery for a large, multi-market book of business through direct engagement and scaled programs
  • Design and run 1:few and 1:many customer touchpoints including office hours, training webinars, and value-focused sessions
  • Partner with Account Leads to ensure scaled programs reinforce global business goals, renewals, and expansion
  • Define persona-based value goals and translate customer insights into repeatable enablement assets and playbooks
  • Monitor program effectiveness using usage data and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes
