As a Stylist at Mejuri, you will deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences by guiding customers in discovering fine jewelry that resonates with their style. You'll drive key metrics like sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and supporting operations.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Learn and retain product knowledge to style customers
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences following Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Promote services like piercing and engraving
• Meet KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%)
• Support order fulfillment, including BOPIS and packaging
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
