Description

You will own a sales territory in Raleigh/Durham, aggressively growing revenue by expanding the existing customer footprint and acquiring new accounts, with the expectation of exceeding $15M in annual sales. You'll develop territory plans, build a pipeline through outreach and networking, and partner with internal teams to close high-value deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales success, preferably in building materials or construction
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed $10M+ annual sales revenue
  • Track record of winning new business and expanding share of wallet
  • Relentless hunter mindset with strong closing skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales planning

Responsibilities

  • Exceed annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and account expansion
  • Develop and execute territory plans prioritizing high-value opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline via cold outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Partner with estimating and operations teams to deliver competitive proposals
  • Track and report weekly performance metrics on pipeline velocity and close rates
