Description
You will own a sales territory in Raleigh/Durham, aggressively growing revenue by expanding the existing customer footprint and acquiring new accounts, with the expectation of exceeding $15M in annual sales. You'll develop territory plans, build a pipeline through outreach and networking, and partner with internal teams to close high-value deals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales success, preferably in building materials or construction
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed $10M+ annual sales revenue
- Track record of winning new business and expanding share of wallet
- Relentless hunter mindset with strong closing skills
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales planning
Responsibilities
- Exceed annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and account expansion
- Develop and execute territory plans prioritizing high-value opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline via cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Partner with estimating and operations teams to deliver competitive proposals
- Track and report weekly performance metrics on pipeline velocity and close rates
