You'll lead the development and sale of premium unscripted formats for a global creator talent management company. You'll oversee an active slate of productions from development through delivery while building scalable IP and long-term franchises.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, package, and sell unscripted formats and docuseries
• Oversee active slate from development through post and delivery
• Build and manage a pipeline of original concepts
• Lead creation of development materials like decks and sizzles

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in unscripted television development and production
• Proven track record of developing and selling unscripted series that aired
• Strong relationships with networks, streamers, and buyers
• Experience overseeing productions from development through post

• Understanding of the Creator Economy
