You'll respond to maintenance requests and perform preventive repairs for a student living property. You'll ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while delivering optimal service to residents. This role offers hands-on experience with building automation systems and major HVAC/electrical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in CMMS and Entrata systems.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Inspect apartments and common areas for readiness and safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and deliveries.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification or EPA 608 certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to use computer programs like Entrata and CMMS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Trade school diploma.
• Experience with building automation systems.
