💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the GTM engineering function at Chief, a private network for senior women executives. You'll architect a modern revenue tech stack and deploy AI-powered automation to drive pipeline and conversion. This high-visibility role reports to the VP of GTM Strategy and offers ownership of three mission-critical areas: SaaS infrastructure, data foundations, and AI capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the GTM engineering function from the ground up.
• Architect the revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Braze, and Clay.
• Design intelligent lead scoring, routing, and enrichment workflows.
• Deploy AI-powered tooling for sales and marketing automation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM, RevOps, or Growth Engineering.
• Proven track record at a growth-stage or scaling tech company.
• Deep hands-on fluency with modern B2B GTM tech stacks.
• Experience as both an IC builder and people leader.

• Experience with data infrastructure and pipeline building.
• Background in AI/ML deployment for revenue use cases.
