Requirements

  • 2-3 years in account management or similar role with sales quota
  • Understanding of consultative sales in SaaS environment
  • Ability to use Salesforce.com to manage pipeline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong task and time management

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead point of contact for customers
  • Guide qualifying customers through platform upgrade path
  • Demonstrate software solutions from core POS to modules
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow book of business
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to prevent churn
