💼 About This Role

You'll own Tebra's LLM-first organic marketing strategy, making the company visible in AI-driven channels like LLMs and Google AIO. You'll lead structured content creation and refreshes, partnering with Content Marketing, SEO, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to build scalable workflows. This role focuses on converting AI visibility into pipeline through semantically rich, conversion-focused content.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned with business goals and pipeline growth.
• Create and refresh structured content optimized for AI/LLM extraction and conversion.
• Leverage AI tools to draft, brainstorm, and personalize content for different audiences.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to embed product proof points.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or SEO-driven editorial roles.
• Proven track record creating MOFU/BOFU content.
• Familiarity managing and creating AI-assisted workflows (AirOps, Clearscope, Gemini).
• Strong editorial judgment and project management skills.
