Requirements

  • Must be in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced call center environment
  • Efficient in navigating multiple systems

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer needs with integrity, empathy, and efficiency
  • Guide customers through Opendoor's home-buying and selling process
  • Respond to incoming calls and written communications
  • De-escalate tough customer interactions and resolve issues
